500 acres of Barley pushing out a head unsprayed.
Water is one good Dam and one trough fed from capped bore water.
Fence on 3 sides excellent, one side fair.
Safe flood free country.
Good Yards approx 3km away.
Ideal for fattening steers etc.
Looking for approx 300 head.
$9/head per week based on steers.

350 acres Oats very clean.
New fencing on all 4 sides.
2 troughs fed from capped bore.
Paddock can get fairly wet has a briary running through one end.
Approx 800 metres from yards.
