New fencing all the way around both sites. River located on the 25 acre property with plenty of water. 1 dam on the 15 acres side to provide adequate water supply. Sheering shed also avlb on the 15 acre site with electricity connected and roof adapters in place. Fully covered with sheep run and gates out the back.
