15 000 acres of good breeder country available for long term agistment. Located close to Mount Garnet township. Suitable for up to 1 000 head. Plenty of feed and access to numerous dams and natural creeks. Droughtproof, secure access to water under licence. Easy access to Kennedy Highway. 40 acres + of improved pastures surrounding established and easy to access yards. Pastures sewn before the wet with Rhodes/stylo/burgundy bean mix all well over head height grass at present. Cattle yard, crush and loading ramp all in place with troughs and calf race and crush also. Property can be accessed in all weather.
Approx 600 head on property at present. 10 bulls, 300 breeders (grey Brahman, red Brahman and Droughtmaster) of which approx. 100 have calf at foot, 150 yearling heifer/steers. Would consider agreement for purchase of existing cattle also, subject to vendor finance and suitable business plan.

We have about 70 000 acres of agistment country available, which is situated about 60km from Mt Garnet, Chillagoe and Mt Surprise.
The country consits of both granite and forest.  We are looking for around 1000-1200 head.  Depending on the cattle, will depend on quantity and the price, ect.
Looking for a minimum of 12 months up to longterm.  Kangaroo, Secca and Black Spear Grass are still fresh.
